The California Affiliate of the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences is pleased to offer scholarships for a variety of educational opportunities. The scholarships are offered by our various districts and our Extended Education Fund The following scholarship opportunities are generally open to: - high school graduates
- community college students
- 4-year college/university students
- graduate students
- technical school students
In addition, scholarship opportunities are also offered to FACS/home economics teachers interested in continuing their education. Please check each scholarship carefully for more information.

Grant Proposal Opportunities |

Do you have an idea for a seminar, a conference, a research topic, a special activity related to FCS or a special activity related to a community problem? The Extended Education Fund is accepting applications for grant proposals. Proposals for 2008 may be submitted at any time but must be postmarked by May 1, 2008. Grants are awarded up to $5,000 with consideration for larger amounts for projects with exceptional merit. The EEF grant proposal form and guidelines may be found here: Click here. |
